What to Know
The Glen House Food Pantry serves neighbors in need
who live, work or attend school in DuPage County.
First-time Visitors
Considering shopping at the Pantry for the first time? Check out our VIDEO FOR NEW CLIENTS so you can prepare yourself for your visit.
• Save Time! Print and complete our client registration form
and bring it with you for your first visit.
• Register Mondays–Thursdays
11-11:30 (service begins at 11:30)
or Tuesdays 5–6:30 p.m.
• Please bring a utility bill or piece of mail to validate your address. We have an iPad to help translate most languages.
No Show Policy
Clients who can’t make their scheduled appointment and don’t cancel before the appointed time, will not be allowed to schedule another shopping visit the following month.
Walk-In Once a Week
No appointment necessary.
Supplement your monthly appointment with fresh produce, baked goods, and packaged items.
Monday - Thursday:
11:30am – 12:30pm
Tuesday Evenings:
5 – 6:30pm (pre-packed groceries)

Proxy Shopping
Unable to visit the Pantry in person? Registered clients are welcome to send a friend or family member to shop on their behalf. Clients must complete the Proxy Form and their Proxy must bring the completed form to shop.
Schedule a Monthly Visit
Call the Pantry at 630-469-8668 to schedule your date and time.
Shop once a month for a more robust assortment including Walk-In items plus meat, milk, eggs, and non-food items including shampoo, detergent, toilet paper, and paper towels.
Monday - Thursday:
1:30 – 3:30pm
Tuesday Evenings:
5 – 6:30pm
2nd Thursday of each Month:
4:30 - 6pm
